A woman with long, wavy blonde hair smiles at the camera. She is wearing a blue blazer over a black top and necklace, and stands in a bright hallway with large windows and wooden beams.

Kaley Morar

Director of Strategic Initiatives

About my role

As the Director of Strategic Initiatives, my role is focused on driving WPHF’s long-term goals and ensuring the successful execution of our strategic plan. I am responsible for overseeing initiatives that directly support the organization’s mission and objectives. This involves collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to define clear, measurable goals, and aligning activities and resources towards achieving them.

Why are you passionate about WPHF's mission to improve health in our community?

I truly believe that “health is wealth” and try to live by that principle every day. It’s something I’m eager for others to embrace as well. At WPHF, we take a well-rounded approach to health, focusing not just on physical well-being, but also on mental and social health. By ensuring the communities we serve have optimal access, we work to break down the barriers that prevent people from living their healthiest lives. I love that our organization plays such a vital role in supporting the core of what allows our communities to thrive.

Words to live by

“Fight for the things you care about but do it in a way that will lead others to join you.”  – Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Outside of work

I’m usually hanging out with my husband, Jake, and our mini longhaired dachshund, Bean, or spending time with family and friends. I love checking out coffee shops, trying different restaurants, and exploring new places. When I’m at home, you can find me listening to my favorite artists on vinyl, re-watching TV shows like Gilmore Girls, or curling up with a romance novel. It’s the little, simple, moments that really make me happy and recharge my battery.

More about me

I was born and raised in Central Florida and earned my undergraduate degree in Communication from Rollins College. Currently, I’m working towards my Master’s in Nonprofit Management at UCF. I’m a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan, and die-hard Swifty.
