Through its work, the Winter Park Health Foundation strives to engage residents to make personal changes and adopt healthy lifestyles.  And, we enlist and empower ideas from members of the community who are focused on making their communities healthier places. The focus is on disease prevention and the aim is to energize individuals and communities to identify and implement sustainable actions to address their health concerns.
