Last spring, Healthy Central Florida (HCF) motivated more than 1,200 local residents to walk, run, bike and garden for 60 days in the popular Move60 Challenge.  It’s all part of an effort to get our community moving and help move one step closer to being the healthiest community in the nation.

The Winter Park Public Library staff is on the Move as part of the Move60 Challenge.

The latest 60-day challenge began October 1 and runs for 60 days through November 29.  You can join in the fun at any time…it’s free and open to individuals and teams. Schools and faith groups can win cash prizes for having the most participants. There’s also a workplace/business prize since we all need to be more active at work.
