Topping Out ceremonies are a traditional milestone marking construction of a facility – like the Center for Health & Wellbeing – has reached its highest point.  The construction crew, led by Jack Jennings & Sons, hoisted a festive tree (decorated with wishes written by event guests as well as items representative of wellness, fitness and medicine) to the top of the facility set to be completed late 2018.
