Northeast View
North Edinburgh Drive side of the Center for Health & Wellbeing. The center will be surrounded by several distinct gardens and a 8' walking path designed for all users. Benches and seating areas will be scattered throughout the gardens for quiet reflection and relaxation.

Welcome Garden & Main Entrance
The majestic Welcome Garden will greet visitors to the Center for Health & Wellbeing. It will be one of several distinct gardens surrounding the Center. Next to the main entrance will be an outdoor terrace providing seating for the Cafe. A covered walkway will lead visitors to the Center from the free parking garage on site.

The Commons
The heart of the Center for Health & Wellbeing will be the light-filled central Commons. There will be plenty of seating throughout the Commons for socializing, enjoying healthy cuisine from the Cafe, and connecting to the Center's WiFi. The Healthy Living Experience, Cafe, Conference Center, and the lobby of the Crosby Wellness Center will open onto the Commons. An indoor walking track will be located on the second floor overlooking the Commons.

Crosby Wellness Center
The Center for Health & Wellbeing will be home to the Peggy & Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center. Members will access the all new, two-story facility via its main entrance located off The Commons, the heart of the Center for Health & Wellbeing.

Conference Center/Multipurpose Room
One of two adjoining multipurpose rooms within the Conference Center planned for the Center for Health & Wellbeing. Total seating up to 250. The Conference Center will be used for educational programs on a variety of health and wellness topics, physical and mental fitness activities, social events, etc.

Site Plan
The Center for Health & Wellbeing is under development on 4.2 acres in Winter Park, FL. The site will be surrounded by multiple gardens for relaxation and quiet reflection. A wide walking path will circle the site. The grounds and facility are open to the community. Owner/developer Winter Park Health Foundation and the City of Winter Park have worked together to realign roadways around the site to improve traffic circulation. A portion of Mizell Avenue was rerouted and renamed Crosby Way.

First Floor Plan
On the first floor of the Center for Health & Wellbeing, visitors will be able to enjoy the Cafe and adjoining Nutrition Theater, attend classes in the Conference Center, interact with the Healthy Living Experience, and socialize with friends throughout the central Commons. Members will enter the two-story Peggy & Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center from the first floor. Patients visiting physicians and other health care providers based in the Center, can enter the clinical space from the main entrance or a special drop-0ff area on the west side of the facility.

Second Floor Plan
The second floor of the Center for Health & Wellbeing will feature a walking track overlooking the Commons. Florida Hospital Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation (physical therapy) will be located on the second floor adjacent to the main exercise facilities for the Peggy & Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center. Clinical space on the second floor will also provide offices for physicians, health educators and therapists. Seating areas and an outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens will provide plenty of space for socializing.
