Walking has a multitude of health benefits to help you maintain mobility and independence.
Join us at one or more of these Active Aging community walks sponsored by Healthy Central Florida. Participants can enter a drawing for a free FitBit. The more times you walk–the more times you can enter the drawing. Healthy Central Florida T-shirts, pedometers and water will be provided at all locations. Most walks last 30 – 45 minutes and all levels and abilities are welcome and will be accommodated.
