The Winter Park Health Foundation (WPHF) is pleased to announce the addition of four exceptional leaders who will help strengthen the Foundation’s mission to improve community health in Winter Park, Maitland and Eatonville.
Joining the WPHF Board of Trustees are Tanya Easterling, Central Florida Market Leader for Florida Blue, and Glenn Adams, Executive Partner of Holland & Knight’s Orlando office. Joining the Finance & Investment Committee are Jeff Pearson, Vice President of Investments for AdventHealth, and Paul Roldán, CEO and Co-Founder of AllGen Financial Advisors, Inc.

As we embark on a new strategic plan, their expertise, leadership and commitment to community will be instrumental in shaping our path forward and strengthening our impact for years to come,” said WPHF President and CEO Nicholas Abrahams.
About Our New Leaders
Tanya Easterling has worked at Florida Blue for nearly 20 years, leading strategies and developing partnerships to make healthcare more impactful and personalized. She is deeply involved in the community, also serving on the boards of the Central Florida Foundation and 4Roots Foundation.
Glenn Adams is a seasoned business attorney with Holland & Knight, advising clients on corporate, tax, philanthropy and business succession matters. He has extensive experience guiding both private companies and nonprofit organizations.
Jeff Pearson oversees $16 billion in investments as AdventHealth’s Vice President of Investments. He holds more than 20 years of institutional investment experience and also serves on the American Kidney Fund’s Board of Trustees.
Paul Roldán leads Orlando-based AllGen Financial Advisors with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has previously chaired the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) and served on the boards of the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP), the YMCA and the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County.
